Hi, I am a YCombinatoe Startup School and Techstars accelerator alumni, co-founder, and CTO at a sports tech SaaS startup. When I joined Scrimmage in the position of “Flask backend developer” I was freelancer a #32. The code base was messy, the product had no clear direction and bugs were everywhere. Not after I took over the development, fired the wrong people, and hired the right ones. Soon after, I joined Scrimmage as a co-founder and we made it through Techstars, successful fundraising, 3 pivots, and eventual product market fit.

I have seen dozens of startups fail because of badly executed tech. Finding the right person to execute your vision is as important as finding the right problem to solve. During my years in a CTO position I developed a database of trusted partners and freelancers I will be happy to share.
