Please note that if a Freelancer is suspended from using the Services of Kavun, We may share that information with Clients for whom the Freelancer has worked or applied to work. In the event that You decide to apply for work as a Freelancer through the Site or Service, We will share relevant information with the applicable Client(s), which may include Personal Information from Your Freelancer profile and any other relevant details related to Your application.

4.2. Sharing Client’s information with Freelancers- In case You have established a service agreement with another User, We may disclose Your name, company address, billing address, tax ID or VAT number to them for the purpose of completing the transaction or resolving any claims or disputes. However, Your Personal Information will not be used for any unrelated purposes, such as marketing without Your explicit consent.

4.3. Service providers- We may engage the services of third-party companies and individuals to assist Us in providing, maintaining and improving Our Service(s).
